Join The BLACKHAWK TeamVISUAL INFORMATION SERVICES SENIOR TECH BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking a Visual Information Services Senior Tech who will serve as Theater Subject Matter Expert and maintenance support engineer for all Virtual Teleconference and VTC requirements in the CJOA. The Theater SME shall manage, monitor and maintain situational awareness of all VTC systems and projects under the responsibility of the USFOR-A CJOA and provide state of the art, networked visual information services for JNCC-A and its meeting and conference facilities (including set up, adjustments, and operation of audio/visual equipment. The Visual Information Services Senior Tech duties include: Engineer, operate and maintain suites of VTC and AV hardware and software. This shall include the performance of routine preventative maintenance support on all AV and VTC assets as specified by the manufacturer or local operating instructions. Schedule, coordinate, and administer VTC and AV sessions. Recommend upgrades to the VTC and AV systems at least annually and incorporate approved upgrades. Engineer connectivity to other locations and equipment, including USFOR-A, RC-E, RC-S, and other locations as directed for audio/visual systems. Train personnel on AV and VTC equipment. Maintain a COMSEC account for keymat necessary to run secure VTCs. Provide customer support with cable and satellite television service requests. Validate cable and satellite billing. Cover AV/VTC events outside normal operational hours. Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Specialized Experience: Minimum 4 years experience using TANDBERG Visual real time collaborative communications equipment or similar equipment. In-depth knowledge of Telepresence and associated systems. Working knowledge of PolyCom, or Cisco Telepresence systems interconnectivity. In-depth knowledge of all Port and Protocols associated with Video Communication. (SCCP, SIP, H323, H320).
