Join The BLACKHAWK TeamSENIOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT LEAD BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Management Contract Lead who will have overall responsibility for contract management, and shall direct the execution performance plan with responsibilities for reporting successes to the US Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and JNCC-A leadership fully informed both verbally and in writing. The PM Contract Lead will also be responsible for logistical support and welfare of all candidates under contract within the JNCC-A. The Contract Lead has the authority and responsibility for all staffing actions and should have technical knowledge of Project Management and performance metric measurements, as well as fill in technical gaps when required. The PM Contract Lead will be located physically located with the JNCC-A (North Node Site) and directly interface with the 7th TTSB Brigade Commander, JNCC-A Director, Deputy Director, and the JNOSC Director. Program Management Duties: Schedules and Timeliness - Responsive to Customer Needs - Documentation - Project Management - Process Improvement / Innovations - Continuity of Operations - Root cause analysis - Integrated Master Schedule - Personnel Management - Turnover management - Coverage/Deployment - Personnel Resource Planning - Technical Effectiveness - Quality and Productivity Assessment - Implementation and integration of new hardware, software, procedures, and tech refresh procedures - Routine Operation and Maintenance - Technological Innovations Education: Master of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Specialized Certification: Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Six Sigma Certification (LSS). ISO-IEC Certification for Information Technology Service Management or equivalent experience. Specialized Experience: Required at least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT related type projects/programs and should have PMI certification.
