Join The BLACKHAWK TeamPLANNING, PROJECTS, & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SME (SENIOR) BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking a Planning, Projects, and Development Support Senior SME who will serve as Theater center of gravity to integrate new systems into the CJOA-A. The Theater SME shall manage, monitor and maintain situational awareness of all Life Cycle Management for existing and new fielding's of IT systems and projects under the responsibility of the USFOR-A CJOA. The Theater SME shall be responsible for assisting units/organizations achieve significant performance improvements and gain efficiencies through enterprise technology implementations, knowledge mapping, information design, learning content management, portal design and management, process development and re-engineering, and organizational assessments. The Theater SME will develop and implement object oriented enterprise knowledge solutions that include re-useable and shareable information/knowledge objects that support both informal and formal organizational knowledge and information creation and dissemination. Planning, Projects, and Development Support SME duties include: Knowledge Management maturity assessments. Knowledge Management audits. Knowledge mapping. Knowledge architectures (Information design, flow and architecture). Knowledge portal and collaboration strategies. Knowledge and Information harvesting. Required Experience: Advanced-level degree preferred in knowledge management, instructional technology, CS, IT, MIS, OD, instructional system design or equivalent. Ten (10) years or more of experience in Knowledge Management Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Specialized Certification: One of the following is required - Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified, [IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Lean Six Sigma Certification (LSS). ISO-IEC Certification for Information Technology Service Management or equivalent experience is preferred]. Specialized Experience: Must have four (4) years or more of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, organizational performance, knowledge/information architecture, performance support, and training systems experience and have a deep understanding of Knowledge Management (KM), KM processes, KM implementations and enterprise solutions.
