INFORMATION ASSURANCE/COMPUTER NETWORK DEFENSE WATCH (SENIOR)

BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking three Senior IA/ Computer Net Defense Watch Techs with Theater specific skill set required to provide training and oversight for execution of all monitoring responsibly to Active Duty augmentations and IA and IS techs. These positions will be the lead for tracking and execution of ARCSIGHT data correlation results and the Center of Gravity for HBSS, UDOP, TNMA; and logging analysis and monitoring.

IA/ Computer Net Defense Watch Techs duties include: Conduct real-time analysis of theater IA-CND data from appropriate situational awareness and management tools. Perform information gathering from appropriate tools and databases. Receive and track theater Firewall Exception Requests. Lead/conduct theater collaboration for IA-CND planning and operations including, but not limited to email, chat, ticketing and collaboration session communications. Conduct/participate in GIG collaboration for IA-CND current operations including, but not limited to email, chat, ticketing and collaboration session communications. Conduct theater IA-CND trouble ticket management. Conduct theater IA-CND RFI management for routine and event-related requests. Maintain IA-CND sensor grid situational awareness from Tier 0 to Tier 2; report and respond to sensor grid outages and/or anomalies; direct network surveillance resources. Track and report theater IA-CND performance/capability metrics. Disseminate IA-CND and relevant OPSEC (Operational Security) reports/data. Conduct/coordinate Theater Information Grid (TIG) and GIG event handling and response actions. Coordinate and manage INFOCON changes and track compliance. Review IA-CND Current Operations trends to identify anomalies for further investigation. Report CCIRs, PIRs, other information requirements IAW JTF-GNO, USCENTCOM, CCJ6 and IAM requirements and IAW SOP/TTPs. Review current intelligence for relevant threats and develops appropriate actions/response. Distribute current IA-CND intelligence information to the USCENTCOM Components. Provide relevant information to Theater IA-CND Intelligence Section for threat analysis and response support. Integrate IA-CND current operations activities with IA-CND Intelligence activities to support intelligence-operations synchronization. Respond to direction from intelligence section regarding specified tasks for mitigation of specific threat to current network operations. Track IAVM/CTO/WARNORD Compliance. Maintain familiarity/adherence to IA-CND Current Operations TTP/SOP. Integrate IA-CND current operations activities with other NetOps current operations within the USCENTCOM NetOps Center.

Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics.

Specialized Certification: Certification in OS technology administration desired (MCSE, RHCE, etc). Certification in ArcSight System Administration (ACSA) strongly desired. Certification in ArcSight content development desired. ArcSight Certified Integrator/Administrator (ACIA); ArcSight Certified Advance Security Analyst (ACASA), or relevant CERT experience

Specialized Experience: Requires minimum of two (2) years of direct experience with ArcSight ESM. Requires direct experience with developing ArcSight configurations to meet analyst correlation requirements as well as performing event quality maintenance tasks. Two (2) years hands-on experience installing/engineering Information Technology products. Direct hands-on experience performing systems hardening to DoD/Govt standards; knowledge of enterprise security architecture best practices and firewall implementation experience desired. Intelligence IT Systems Security experience highly desired.
