Join The BLACKHAWK TeamENTERPRISE SERVICES PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE (PKI)/TECHNICAL VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT (TVA) ENGINEER BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking senior PKI / TVA Engineer who will serve as Theater Subject Matter Expert and maintenance support engineer for all PKI / TVA Encryption requirements in the CJOA. The PKI / TVA Engineer shall manage, monitor and maintain situational awareness of all PKI / TVA Encryption systems and projects under the responsibility of the USFOR-A CJOA. PKI / TVA Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, direct technical support, guidance and recommendations to design, deploy and sustain solutions for the implementation of the enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Identity Management (IM) program. Work assignments include providing Information Technology (IT) design, development, engineering, integration, implementation, sustainment, and technical services in support of JNCC-A. Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical experience is required. Specialized Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) required. Specialized Experience: Must have a minimum of 2-4 years specific experience with PKI technology support across multiple operating systems. 5-6 years experience in installation and support of information security solutions. Working knowledge of Smart Card, TrudPass, HSPD-12 support. Experienced with LDAP servers and External PKI Active Directory environments. Experienced with Certificate Authority and Certificate Revocation Authority Services. Use of advanced analytic techniques for identification of security event details. Advanced understanding of security practices and available technologies, current products Installation and maintenance of firewalls. Work host and encryption at the network level. Installation and maintenance of communication and encryption technology options (VPN, SSL, Whole Disk, PKI, User and File-based, etc.) Location: Anticipated Start Date: BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
