Join The BLACKHAWK TeamENTERPRISE SERVICES REMEDY ENGINEER (SENIOR) BLACKHAWK Management Corporation is seeking Senior Remedy Engineer who will serve as Theater Subject Matter Expert and maintenance support engineer for all Remedy, theater ticketing, and work flow requirements in the CJOA. The Theater SME shall manage, monitor and maintain situational awareness of all ticketing systems and projects under the responsibility of the USFOR-A CJOA. Senior Remedy Engineer duties include: Be proficient in extending access to the database information by joining two or more forms, running database queries, generating standard and customize reports. Identify and resolve technical issues/problems with Remedy, its various interfaces and supporting tools. Perform day-to-day operational support functions within Remedy, including client, server and application administration. Provide administration functions required to maintain and improve a BMC Remedy environment. Build AR System active links and automate system responses to a user's actions and/or input from other network management systems such as Spectrum and the Joint Network Management System (JNMS). Responsible for architecting, deploying, and supporting users in the Remedy applications suite. Participate in coordination, planning, design, testing, and implementation of Remedy projects. Develop moderate to complex applications in ASP, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Provide technical guidance and consulting to ensure the best technical solutions are selected and implemented to achieve goals. Maintain and develop Remedy applications, forms, and workflows to meet military requirements and performance standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Remedy application in a timely manner. Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Specialized Certification and Experience: Preferred BMC Remedy Certified. Require 1-3 years implementing Remedy; desire 5-7 years of experience supporting Remedy.
