The following job listings are for the Joint NETOPS Control Center-Afghanistan (JNCC-A) that will be the principal theater signal organization capable of managing all C4I in CJOA-A. The JNCC-A functions will require senior Information Technology (IT) contractor services augmentation. Contractor services will allow USFOR-A to achieve full interoperability of the C4I systems on and off the battlefield among the US, Allied, and Coalition forces, and gain efficiencies of scale to establish a world class network operation.

The establishment of the JNCC-A will provide a unified network management function for all C2 systems and services in support of USFOR-A, and will be responsible for providing direct oversight over all Army communication units. The JNCC-A will manage the tactical communications systems and strategic communications connectivity as defined by the joint operational architecture. The JNCC-A will also incorporate NETOPS functions for the newly announced Coalition Responsibilities (establishment of the NATO 3 Star Headquarters in Afghanistan).

All positions require at a minimum current U.S. SECRET clearance. Positions that require higher will be annotated.
