Terrain and Land Management Specialist - Job location in Iraq only

Job Description:
Terrain/Land Management Specialists (TLMS) will perform duties that include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Maintaining all land use agreements between civilian corporations and the base Garrison Commander/Mayor.

2. Preparing visualizations of the base land use through data collection and mapping software.

3. Drafting Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Mayors cell and tenant units for requested/occupied terrain.

4. Updating maps to reflect recent changes due to additions/annexations/releases of land.

5. Maintaining records of basing board decisions pertaining to the Base Camp Complex.

6. Conducting periodic inspections of occupied structures and terrain.

7. Maintaining inventory of structures, facilities, motor pools, and open spaces on base.

8. Developing and maintaining the Base Master Plan.

9. Providing updates, briefs, and charts to the Base Operations Manager as required for terrain/land management operations.

10. Submitting and coordinating work orders, transportation movement requests, and heavy equipment.

Qualifications:
The candidates for the TLMS positions shall have at minimum 3 years of facilities management experience in Kuwait, Iraq or Afghanistan and have demonstrated the ability to utilize higher level functions in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Active Secret Security Clearance.
