Subject Matter Expert II

Job Description:
The area to be supported is almost absolutely, but not exclusively, the search for and analysis of materiel technologies to include but not be limited to electronics, radio/radar energy, high-power microwave energy, armor, electro-optical/infrared sensors, or explosives detection aligned to the organizations efforts to defeat IEDs.

Qualifications:
Has ten (10) years progressive experience, selectively or in combination, within the general functional area and four (4) years specialized experience directly related to the specified task area.Possesses a bachelor's degree in engineering or other related technical or scientific discipline related to the task to be supported, or equivalent work experience per guideline shown above.

Period of Performance:
The period of performance will end 15 months from date of task order award.

Hours Required:
1) While on periods of deployed duty with U.S. forces (No more than 8 weeks), contractor personnel will work at a level of effort in excess of 40-hours per week but not to exceed an average rate of 84 hours per week. .

2) While INCONUS, contractor personnel will work a maximum of 40 hours per week within the normal pay period.
