Assistant Project Coordinator I
Job Description:
Provide administration support to staff. Responsibilities include filing, maintaining the records management library; typing and preparation of letters and technical documentation such as information papers, working notes, briefings, monthly progress reports, and spreadsheets for senior organization and department leadership, interfacing with organization and department leadership, etc.
Qualifications:
Two (2) years of administrative support experience required. Knowledge of IBM compatible computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; High School Diploma or equivalent work experience per guideline shown above: must be able to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
